Hope I’m not the only one amused… My wife’s search for the best natural sleep aids has included all the above and more, but these natural sleeping remedies never helped her insomnia symptoms. Tried it for the first time. Have had sleep issues for a couple of weeks, pretty much no sleep and it was driving my crazy. Tried this and my wife said she checked on me a few times and my sleep breathing was deep and i was out unlike the past week. I dropped out pretty fast,,got a solid 5-6 hours,,not enough but better than 1-2 hours of light,sleep. I like that its natural with no junk sweeteners in it. Wasnt too sweet but really rich.

Just add a dropper-full of CBD Living Tincture under your tongue before you hit the pillow. It’s a much higher dose of CBD in the tincture oil than in the Sysrup, but a great combination for just about everyone with sleep disorders that’s tried it.
Are there any CBD sleep meds in capsule form??? I think that would be easier for me than very sweet syrup/
