What is CBD Pure Hemp Oil?

CBD Pure Hemp Oil is a highly respected CBD brand from Nutra Pure which was founded in 2012 producing premium quality, natural health supplements.  Their CBD oil is sourced from hemp plants cultivated locally on family-run farms in Colorado.

These farms use hand-selected seeds and the plants are certified non-GMO and grown without the use of herbicides or pesticides.  After the plants are harvested and naturally dried, they proceed through a technologically advanced CO2 extraction process which yields the purest of CBD oils.

Every batch is run through a rigorous testing process in-house to ensure that “CBD Pure” (and “CBD Pet”) meets Nutra Pure’s standards.  It is then tested again and certified by third-party laboratory for potency and quality.

CBD Extraction

Nutra Pure’s hemp oil undergoes a supercritical CO2 Extraction Process in order to produce the cleanest and most consistent quality CBD oil obtainable.

Another benefit of the CO2 extraction process is that it leaves virtually no residual solvent or plant particulates.  Low temperatures are further leveraged by this process resulting in a full-spectrum, cannabinoid-rich oil.

In addition to the extracted CBD oil, CBD Pure hemp oil is paired with organic hemp seed oil that is cold-pressed to retain its flavor and nutrient value.  This is a really intelligent way to create a premium, full-spectrum CBD oil.

What is Full Spectrum Hemp Oil?

The cannabidiol (CBD) present in CBD Pure Hemp Oil is derived from a species called Cannabis ruderalis, and is chosen for its consistently excellent quality and high CBD content.

Pure hemp oil is 100% safe, 100% non-psychoactive, 100% non-addictive, and legal in all 50 States of America.  I’ve discussed their strict guidelines and rigorous quality control protocols.  It contains all of the most important and healthful organic ingredients such as additional cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and nutrients.

Full-spectrum, organic CBD hemp oils are attractive to those that are looking for a pure plant extracts naturally rich in cannabinoids like CBD as opposed to more ‘processed’ methods and delivery technologies like CBD Living’s productswhich are highly recommended and much more effective.

At Cannabis Animus, we want to provide a full array of high-quality CBD Products that fit the needs and preferences of our Members.

What Is Pure CBD Hemp Oil?

As you have hopefully learned from my posts likeCannabis and Endocannabinoid System, the therapeutic and healing effects of CBD hemp oil are fundamentally tied to our own, internal, endocannabinoid system and how it helps ‘regulate’ a myriad of healthy body functions.

You will find many specific posts on Cannabis Animus where specific diseases and treatments are covered as in my Category called “CBD and Disease Series”.  The CBD in hemp oil is completely non-toxic and is utilized completely by our body’s receptor cells within 6 to 8 hours.

Some of you are already receiving the benefits of CBD in your diets, but for those of you who haven’t yet, it’s important to know that our endocannabinoid system and its ”receptor sites” throughout your body.

These receptor sites react naturally and eagerly with organic hemp oil that contains CBD when ingested or its vapor is inhaled.  Unlike synthetic pharmaceutical drugs, CBD contributes to balancing our physical and mental processes (known as “homeostasis”), and has no adverse side effects.

CBD and Nervous System

Patients commonly seek CBD and Hemp oil to sooth nerves, and even relieve acute and chronic pain, but it goes much further than that for people suffering from physical, neurologic diseases, cancer as well as psychological trauma, PTSD, and behavioral disorders like Autism and ADD/ADHD.  I encourage you to explore our Categories at Cannabis Animus for more specific information on specifics.

What is the Entourage Effect?

aka: “Whole Plant Medicine”

For many years now there’s been allot of attention given to an area of current Cannabis research referred to as “The Entourage Effect”, and now more recently called “the hemptourage effect”.  Smoking the plant’s flower tops (the original term “marijuana” described these whole flowers that were smoked/inhaled) was one of many methods of utilizing whole plant medicine.

Recently, this concept and study called “whole plant medicine” has been receiving much attention, research, and anecdotal expressions of the benefits from medicating with the whole plant.  By definition, this includes the full spectrum of organic substances from its essential oil.

Knowing this, CBD Pure oil provides high-quality, full spectrum hemp extracts that offer an extensive cannabinoid profile which contributes to the benefit of the entourage effect.  This is why I’ve found a distinct group of CBD users that prefer the CBD hemp oil as opposed to the myriad of other forms of edibles, vapables, water, gel caps, etc.

Entourage Effect

CBD Pure oil manufacturing process recognizes that the synergistic and therefore most beneficial extracts must include all of the 85+ cannabinoids, natural terpenes, flavonoids as well as other organic nutrients in Cannabis.  It is this discovery that has led to the more definitive term “entourage effect”.  Cannabis compounds can work more effectively at times when consumed or otherwise administered in a natural and organic form (CBD-rich hemp oil) as opposed to being processed into an isolate or other manipulated form.

“Full-Spectrum” Organic Nutrients in Cannabis

The wonderful and unique flavors and aromas found in all of the various Cannabis sativa and indica strains (and their creative names) originate from these terpenes and flavonoids listed above.  All these nutrients work synergistically and support whole plant therapies.

Cannabinoids:

  • CBDA

  • CBCA

  • CBGA

  • CBGVA

  • CBDVA

  • CBCVA

  • THCA

  • THCVA

Terpenes:

For example, the terpene Pinene actually counteracts compromised cognition and memory caused by THC.  Myrcene improves absorption through the blood-brain barrier which improves the bioavailability of nutrients to the cell level.  Combinations of pinene, caryophyllene and mycene help reduce anxiety.

Summary

Ultimately, you’ll have to experience these different products and technologies for yourself, but I hope you have found the content here helpful when it comes to better understanding this excellent product.

I’ve personally tested almost 80 different CBD products to date, and find CBD Pure Hemp Oil to be one of the most effective non-nano CBD products.

For those who, for whatever reason, prefer their CBD in the form of a traditional hemp oil tincture for sublingual application (holding under tongue as long as possible without swallowing for maximum absorption).

For those of you who are more “purists”, this product is especially recommended as it has no added flavoring that changes its natural flavor.

CBD Pure Hemp Oil in 600 mg Bottle

I recommend this product above all other full-spectrum CBD oils of this type. Aside from the convenient choices in potency levels, CBD Pure hemp oil does not have a strong hemp taste like some other oils I’ve tried.  It is much milder in flavor and resembles a green tea.

Since this product is organic in nature and is not nano-sized in the lab or manipulated in any way for maximum bio-availability, you may find it necessary to increase daily dosage or frequency of daily dosage compared to CBD Living’s nano tech products for example.  These nano-tech products are also excellent, but come at higher price points.

  1. I’m still not sure how many drops I should take and the best time to take them. I have had some good results but they are not consistent.

    1. Generally speaking, a basic, good quality hemp oil will deliver results that are no where near what a nano CBD oil tincture will. The reason is that an oil like CBD Living’s Nano CBD Oil Tincture has been created and processed in a completely different manner. These CBD molecules are reduced to one-millionth of their original size which allows delivery of 100% of the CBD getting into your system, where basic hemp oil is largely lost to the digestive tract and never fully absorbed by the body. See my post called CBD and Nanotechnology for a deeper dive, and learn more about your experience and optimal CBD therapy regimen.
