Can I pass a drug test if I medicate with CBD?

No. CBD and hemp oil is a non-toxic, non-psychoactive, and non-addictive substance that is of no interest to drug testers.  It is THC that they may or may not be testing for because it is the most prevalent cannabinoid in marijuana and therefore easier to detect.

CBD leaves your system entirely in 6 to 8 hours whereas THC can stay in your system for over a month.

You answer “no” to the question can I pass a drug test then go on to explain. But I am confused. Are you saying there is THC in your CBD so you will not pass a drug test? Or are you saying that since they look for THC only that you will not test positive on a test? Your answer is not clear.

Sorry for the confusion Janet. What I am saying is that the main reason that there is no “drug test” for CBD is because there is no reason to test for it in the first place. Since CBD is a completely non-toxic, non-psychoactive, and non-addicting nutrient that is needed by our endocannabinoid systems (and related systems of the body) for maintaining a condition of healthy homeostasis, what would be the reason to go to the expense of “drug testing” for it?

As far as CBD Living’s nano CBD product line, there is no THC present in any amount in the products tested. However, that is not the same for other CBD brands such as the CBD Pure Hemp Oil which is also offered at Cannabis Animus. In fact, most all brands contain that disclaimer on the label (“…less than .03% THC”) in order to pass Federal regulations… even if there is no THC present whatsoever. Manufacturers have been allowed to include less than .03% THC in their CBD products for two main reasons: First is because, at that level, THC is deemed inconsequential from any “drug” effect(s). And the second reason is that the hemp plant species, Cannabis ruderalis, contains less than .03% THC in its natural form and has been proven to have no psychoactive effect on either humans or other mammals either.
